Stage 01
Join & Learn the Standard
You work alongside your pod lead on scoped pieces of live projects. Every deliverable gets reviewed and talked through—the reasoning matters as much as the fix.
Focus:Absorbing the method
We're a small senior team building out four specialist pods. That means the person reviewing your work is the person who owns the discipline—not a team lead three projects removed from the code, the canvas, or the campaign.
Why Join Now
Let's be straight about what this is. DM Solutions is a small team—four discipline leads, with pods being built out around them. We're not going to pretend we're a hundred-person agency with a ping-pong table and a people ops department.
What we do have is something bigger firms structurally can't offer a junior: direct, daily access to the person who owns your craft. At most agencies, a junior developer's code gets reviewed by another junior. Here, Haniel reviews it. A junior designer's work gets critiqued by Michael, not by committee.
You'll also see the whole picture. Because all four disciplines sit on one shared roadmap, a developer here understands why the SEO lead cares about render-blocking scripts, and a marketer understands what the build actually constrains.
The trade-off is real too: fewer processes, more ambiguity, and you’ll be trusted with client-facing work sooner than you might expect. If that reads as exciting rather than alarming, keep going.
Your Growth Path
Progression is tied to demonstrated capability and review outcomes—not to time served or headcount politics.
Stage 01
You work alongside your pod lead on scoped pieces of live projects. Every deliverable gets reviewed and talked through—the reasoning matters as much as the fix.
Focus:Absorbing the method
Stage 02
You take end-to-end ownership of defined slices—a feature, a page template, a campaign channel, an audit section—with review at the edges rather than throughout.
Focus:Independent delivery
Stage 03
You own client-facing workstreams, contribute to the pod's documented standards, and start reviewing the work of specialists who join after you.
Focus:Setting the bar
Open Roles
Each role reports directly to the discipline lead who owns that pod. Expand a role to see what the work actually involves.

Honest Fit Check
A small team is a specific environment. Better we're both clear now than three months in.
Working Here
Regular one-to-one review with your pod lead. Not a quarterly check-in—an ongoing working relationship with the person who owns your craft.
You'll be trusted with meaningful pieces of client work sooner than at a larger firm, with review as a safety net rather than a bottleneck.
Sit in on how design, engineering, optimization, and marketing decisions get made. Few juniors get this view of the whole lifecycle.
Figma, Git, Next.js, Sanity, Vercel, GA4. You'll learn tools that transfer anywhere, not a proprietary stack that traps you.
Design systems, code conventions, and playbooks written down—so you're learning a repeatable method rather than one person's habits.
A defined path from learning the standard to owning workstreams to reviewing others, with the criteria for each stage made explicit.
