Let's be straight about what this is. DM Solutions is a small team—four discipline leads, with pods being built out around them. We're not going to pretend we're a hundred-person agency with a ping-pong table and a people ops department.
What we do have is something bigger firms structurally can't offer a junior: direct, daily access to the person who owns your craft. At most agencies, a junior developer's code gets reviewed by another junior. Here, Haniel reviews it. A junior designer's work gets critiqued by Michael, not by committee.

What You'll Do
- Build features in TypeScript and React across client web applications and marketing sites
- Implement designs from Figma into responsive, accessible components
- Work on WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify builds alongside custom development
- Write and consume APIs, and help wire up third-party integrations
- Fix bugs, review your own work against the checklist, and submit for lead review
- Participate in pod planning and cross-discipline project sessions
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS—portfolio or projects over credentials
- Some exposure to React or a comparable framework, even if self-taught
- Comfort with Git and a willingness to work in someone else's codebase
- Clear written communication, since much of our work is documented
- Genuine curiosity about why a solution works, not just that it does
- You take feedback as information rather than as a verdict
