Who we are

DM Solutions is a digital technology company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We build, design, optimize, and market digital products for clients worldwide. What we collect

Information you give us

• When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
• When you apply for a role or partnership: whatever you choose to send, including links and attachments.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — for security and reliability. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and provide the services you ask about.
• To send newsletters you subscribed to, and nothing else.
• To keep the site secure, available, and working correctly.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our legal basis

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act we rely on your consent for newsletters, on the need to take steps at your request before entering a contract for enquiries, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the equivalent bases under the GDPR apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers who process it for us:

• Brevo — transactional email and newsletter delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Sanity — the content management system behind this site.
• Our email provider — when you write to us directly.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

International transfers

These providers operate outside Nigeria, so your information may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that offer recognised safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond, and a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: on our hosting provider's standard retention schedule.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Email help@dmsolutions.tech to exercise any of these. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to submitted information is limited to people who need it, and we rely on providers with recognised security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change, and revise the date shown above.
