Everything You Publish, Looking Like the Same Company

Campaign graphics, collateral, ads and print produced from one system — with editable templates so your team can keep shipping without waiting on a designer.

  • Built from your brand system
  • Editable templates handed over
  • Print-ready and web-optimised files
  • Source files are yours

Is this you?

Four Signs Your Creative Output Needs a System

Individually these are annoyances. Together they're why your brand looks inconsistent to everyone outside it.

  • Every asset looks like a different company made it

Six people, six tools, six interpretations of the brand — and no single place the correct files live.

  • Your team rebuilds the same graphic every month

No templates, so each campaign starts from a blank canvas or from last month's file that nobody can edit.

  • Marketing is bottlenecked on design

Campaigns slip because a set of social sizes or a one-page sell sheet is sitting in someone's queue.

  • The print came back wrong

Colours shifted, images went soft, something got trimmed off — files prepared for screen and sent to a press.

Overview

Campaign Creative, Produced Properly

Consistent output at volume, and templates so it keeps flowing after we've finished.

Creative design is the applied layer of your brand — the collateral, campaign graphics, ads, decks and print that people actually encounter. It's rarely one big project and usually a steady stream, which is why the thing that matters most isn't any single asset but whether the whole stream holds together and how fast the next one can be produced.

We work from your brand system where one exists, and establish the working rules where it doesn't: grids, type hierarchy, image treatment, how the logo behaves at small sizes, what the palette does when a campaign needs an accent. That's what lets a display ad, a conference banner and an email header read as siblings rather than cousins.

Then we build for reuse. Most engagements hand over editable templates — social sets, ad sizes, email layouts, document masters — set up in tools your team already has, so routine variations don't come back to us. Files are prepared correctly for where they're going: CMYK with bleed and trim for print, compressed and correctly sized for web, and packaged with fonts and links so a printer or a developer can open them without a conversation.

Capabilities

What's Included

Nine areas of applied creative. Most clients use a handful continuously rather than all of them once.

  • Marketing Collateral

Brochures, sell sheets, case study layouts, proposal templates and event material that look like the company you claim to be.

  • Social Media Graphics

Post, story and carousel sets built to each platform's live specifications, delivered as templates your team can refill weekly.

  • Digital & Display Advertising

Banner and display sets across the full IAB size range, plus static and animated variants sized for ad-platform weight limits.

  • Email Design & Templates

Branded, responsive email layouts built to survive Outlook and dark mode, handed over as reusable templates in your sending platform.

  • Print & Large Format

Stationery, packaging, signage, exhibition stands and event graphics — press-ready with correct colour, bleed and resolution.

  • Illustration

Original illustration and spot artwork that gives a brand a visual voice nothing bought from a stock library can imitate.

  • Iconography

Custom icon sets drawn on a consistent grid and weight, exported as SVG for web, product and print use.

  • Photo Art Direction & Retouching

Shot direction, selection and retouching so the imagery across your channels feels deliberate rather than assembled.

  • Template Systems

Editable master files in Figma, Canva, InDesign or Office so routine variations are produced in-house in minutes.

Our Process

How We Produce Creative

Six phases for a first engagement. Ongoing work runs straight from brief to production.

  • 01

    Brief & Asset Audit

We agree what's being produced, for which channels and by when, and audit the brand assets that already exist so nothing gets rebuilt unnecessarily.

Deliverables: Creative brief, asset audit, channel and specification list

    2–4 days
  • 02

    Direction & Concepts

Two or three visual directions shown on real assets rather than abstract moodboards, so the choice is made on something close to the finished thing.

Deliverables: Concept routes, sample assets, recommended direction

    1 week
  • 03

    Design Development

The chosen route developed across the full asset list, with the grids, type rules and image treatment settled early so everything after that is consistent by construction.

Deliverables: Designed assets, layout rules, review deck

    1–3 weeks
  • 04

    Review & Refinement

Structured revision rounds with feedback collected in one place, so changes are resolved together rather than arriving as a trickle of conflicting notes.

Deliverables: Revised assets, consolidated feedback log

    3–5 days
  • 05

    Production & Handover

Files prepared for their destination — press-ready with bleed and profiles, or optimised for web and ad-platform limits — plus editable templates and a walkthrough.

Deliverables: Final artwork, templates, organised asset library

    2–5 days
  • 06

    Ongoing Production

New campaigns, seasonal variations and channel additions produced against the established system, on a retainer or per-request basis.

Deliverables: Campaign assets, template updates, asset library maintenance

    Ongoing

Engagement

How We Work Together

Three shapes, depending on whether this is a one-off, a campaign or a standing need.

  • A defined asset list with a fixed price and delivery date. Best for a campaign, a launch or a specific set of collateral.

Fit

Who This Is For

And, just as usefully, who it isn't for.

Ideal for

  • Marketing teams producing more campaigns than their design capacity supports
  • Companies whose assets have drifted apart across channels and owners
  • Businesses launching a campaign that needs digital, print and email in step
  • Organisations that need editable templates so routine work stays in-house
  • Sales teams working from collateral that undersells the company
  • Brands that want original illustration instead of recognisable stock imagery

Why DM Solutions

What You Get Beyond the Files

Four commitments aimed at the fiftieth asset, not just the first.

  • Built as a System

Grids, type rules and image treatment are settled before volume production starts, so consistency is structural rather than something we remember to check.

  • Templates, Not Dependency

We hand over editable masters in tools you already have. If your team can produce next month's variation without us, we've done the job properly.

  • Print That Comes Back Right

Correct colour profiles, bleed, trim and resolution, packaged with fonts and links. Reprints because of a file error are avoidable and we avoid them.

  • Files You Can Find Again

Assets delivered in an organised, consistently named library — because the second most expensive asset is the one nobody can locate.

Proof of work

Campaigns That Held Together

Work where the whole output looked deliberate, not just the hero asset.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

  • The rebrand and UI overhaul completely changed how customers perceive us. We went from looking like a scrappy startup to a company enterprise buyers take seriously — without losing our personality.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

The six that come up before every creative engagement.

  • Yes, and it's most of what we do. We work inside established brand systems, applying them to new channels and formats without drifting. Where the guidelines are silent — and they usually are on newer formats — we propose the extension and document it so the next person follows the same rule rather than inventing another.
