Account Audit
We review structure, spend distribution, search terms, tracking integrity and landing pages, then quantify what's being wasted and where the opportunity is.
Deliverables: Audit document, waste analysis, opportunity sizing
1 weekDigital Marketing
We manage Google, Shopping and Microsoft Ads against the numbers that decide whether the channel is worth running: cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and revenue.
Is this you?
Every one of these is fixable, and every one of them is costing you money this month.
Your cost per lead keeps climbing
Same budget, fewer conversions, and no clear explanation from whoever is running it.
You're getting clicks but not customers
Traffic arrives, bounces, and the sales team never hears about it.
Nobody can tell you your ROAS
Conversion tracking was set up once, by someone who's gone, and nobody trusts the numbers.
Google's recommendations are running the account
Auto-applied changes, broad match everywhere, and spend drifting into terms you'd never choose.
Overview
Measurement first, structure second, creative third — in that order, because each depends on the one before it.
Paid search is the fastest channel to results and the fastest to waste money, and the difference between the two is almost never the ad copy. It's whether the tracking is trustworthy, whether the keywords match real buying intent, and whether the page the click lands on was built to convert. Get those three right and the account becomes predictable. Get them wrong and you're paying Google to send you tyre-kickers.
We start with measurement, because every decision after it depends on the numbers being real. Conversion actions get defined and de-duplicated, values get attached to them, and offline conversions get imported where the sale closes on a call rather than a form. Only when we trust the data do we touch the campaigns — restructuring around intent, building negative keyword lists that keep spend on-target, and setting bidding strategies to the goal you actually care about.
From there it's disciplined iteration: test ad variants, prune what's expensive and unproductive, expand what's working, and keep pressure on the post-click experience, because a great campaign pointed at a bad landing page is still a bad campaign. You get a monthly report with spend, conversions, cost per acquisition and ROAS on the front page — and if the channel isn't returning, we'll tell you that rather than reframing it.
Capabilities
Nine parts of a paid search programme. The unglamorous ones are where the returns are.
Search, Display, Video and Performance Max campaigns structured around intent, with bidding aligned to your actual conversion goal.
Merchant Center health, feed titles and attributes, and campaign structures that push budget toward the products with margin.
The same rigour on Bing, where cost per click is frequently lower and the audience often skews to higher-value B2B.
High-intent terms identified, low-intent terms excluded, and match types chosen deliberately rather than left to defaults.
Ongoing search term review with negatives applied weekly. This is the least glamorous work in the account and the most profitable.
Responsive search assets written to qualify as well as attract, tested continuously and rotated on evidence rather than instinct.
Clean conversion actions, values, offline import and consent-mode configuration, so reported ROAS matches what the finance team sees.
Message match, form friction and page speed addressed on the pages your ads point at, because click-to-conversion is where most budget is lost.
Sequenced re-engagement for people who visited, viewed a product or abandoned a cart, with frequency caps that stop you annoying them.

Fit
And, just as usefully, who it isn't for.
Why DM Solutions
Four habits that separate a managed account from a monitored one.
We don't optimise against numbers we don't trust. Tracking gets fixed in week one, every time, even when it delays the launch.
Search term review happens every week, not every quarter. It's the highest-return hour in account management and most agencies skip it.
If the click is fine and the page is losing it, we'll say so and fix it rather than quietly buying more clicks.
Campaigns live in your Google Ads account under your billing. History, audiences and learning stay with you if we part ways.
Proof of work
Accounts where the change showed up in cost per acquisition, not just in the dashboard.

Questions
The six that come up in almost every paid search conversation.
Enough for the account to learn — below roughly £/$1,500 a month most campaigns can't gather enough conversion data to optimise properly. Beyond that, budget follows return: once cost per acquisition is stable and profitable, scaling is a maths problem rather than a leap of faith.
Send us access to your account. We'll come back with where the waste is, what it's costing you monthly, and what we'd change first.
