Introduction

Haniel Singh Ministries spreads messages of hope and spiritual growth through sermons, podcasts, and community. Its existing site couldn't carry a growing content library or reach beyond the people who already knew it. DM Solutions led content architecture, UX, and conversion strategy; Creative Labs partnered with us to execute the Webflow build. Traffic rose 150% in the first quarter and newsletter sign-ups 200%.

A growing library and a platform that couldn't hold it

  1. A global audience with nothing designed for it. The ministry speaks to people across countries, languages, and levels of familiarity. The existing site was built for an audience that already knew the ministry — offering no way in for someone arriving from a search result.
  2. Content outgrowing its container. Sermon archives, podcast episodes, and community features were expanding faster than the platform could organise them. Content that can't be found may as well not have been published.
  3. Discovery was the whole problem. Ministry content spreads by search and by sharing. Without technical SEO foundations, neither mechanism worked — the message was good and effectively invisible.

Architecture first, because everything else depended on it

DM Solutions led content architecture, UI/UX Design, and conversion strategy. Creative Labs partnered with us to execute the Webflow Website Development and technical SEO.

The critical early decision was to model the content properly before designing anything. Sermons, podcast episodes, and written resources have different structures, different consumption patterns, and different search behaviour. Treating them as one undifferentiated "content" bucket — the most common mistake in ministry sites — is what makes archives unusable at scale.

A message that now travels

  • Traffic grew 150% within the first quarter — the SEO foundations doing what they were built to do.
  • Podcast listenership rose 85% through better content organisation and discovery. The episodes hadn't changed; finding them had.
  • Engagement improved 60%, with visitors moving between sermons and resources rather than consuming one item and leaving.
  • And the audience became reachable. Newsletter sign-ups tripled — a 200% increase — converting anonymous traffic into a community the ministry can actually contact.

Discovery & Analysis

Stakeholder interviews established the ministry's vision, content strategy, and technical requirements. Audience research mapped how people actually find and consume ministry content — overwhelmingly on mobile, frequently through search, often in short sessions.

Competitive analysis of the digital ministry space identified the recurring gap: enormous content libraries with no meaningful way to navigate them.

Design

Wireframes and prototypes established a structure built around clean, inspiring aesthetics that reflect the ministry's values without ornamentation.

The visual design uses warm tones, clear typography, and navigation shaped specifically for sermon and podcast content — where the primary task is finding the right thing in a large archive, not admiring the interface.

Development

Creative Labs executed the Webflow build: a fast, scalable platform with integrated podcast players, structured sermon archives, and newsletter capture placed where intent actually peaks.

SEO best practice was implemented throughout rather than added afterwards — structured data for episodes, clean heading hierarchy, and internal linking that lets search engines understand how the library fits together.

Testing, Launch & Ongoing Support

Usability testing across devices verified the experience for a genuinely global audience on widely varying connections and hardware.

Post-launch, ongoing maintenance and content strategy support have sustained the growth — because a content platform's results depend on what gets published after launch as much as on what was built before it.
