Small, Senior, and Structured to Grow

Plenty of agencies lead with headcount. We'd rather lead with who actually touches your project. Right now that's four discipline leads—each senior enough to own their domain end-to-end, and each directly reachable from day one.

The pod model is how we scale without diluting that. Each lead heads a pod covering a distinct slice of the digital lifecycle: Engineering, Design, Optimization, and Growth. As we bring on junior specialists, they join an existing pod under an established lead—inheriting a documented standard, a review culture, and a senior mentor rather than being dropped onto a client account cold.

It means your project never gets handed to whoever was free that week. It gets the lead who owns that discipline, supported by a pod that grows deliberately around them.
